How can we talk about the environment today, and above all, how can we do so through theatre, creating a space for collective reflection that involves communities and raises new questions about how we live in the world?
Three shows to explore the present and question the future. Three shows, three different but complementary languages to address the urgent issues of the climate crisis and ecology: from storytelling to stand-up comedy, from poetry to scientific dissemination. Stories, emotions and thoughts intertwine to construct a shared imaginary world.
• Friday 6 - The Lady of the Argonauts, by and with Lorenza Zambon: a journey to discover Jeannette Power, pioneer of marine biology, a passionate tale that combines biography and reflection on our relationship with nature
• Saturday 7 - Breath, an ironic and provocative show by Alberto Pagliarino, directed by Alessandra Rossi Ghiglione: comedy, journalism and storytelling come together in a monologue that tackles the climate crisis with intelligence and lightness
• Sunday 8 - Stories of Mother Whale, by Dispari Teatro and Onda Teatro, dedicated to children aged 6 and over: a poetic journey in which Pinocchio, guided by a whale, discovers the wonders of nature on a path of growth and transformation.
