From 19 to 23 November 2025, Montalto Dora will host the 29th edition of the Savoy Cabbage Festival, a traditional Piedmontese autumn food and wine fair for those who want to discover the authenticity of the Canavese farming culture.
Montalto Dora savoy cabbage is the basis of many recipes that can be enjoyed during the festival: Supa 'd pan e còj, Bagna caôda, Capônèt.
The festival is a showcase that highlights the excellence of the area: past and present, gastronomy, culture and local folklore alternate in a rich programme of events, offering thousands of visitors excitement, old-fashioned atmospheres and authentic flavours of rural tradition.
On Sunday 23rd November, the “Grande Fiera” (Great Fair) will bring the town to life with commercial exhibitors, music, folklore and gastronomic delights.
