Sistina Loop – Salvin Mountain Hut. A route combining culture and breathtaking views.
Starting from Fontana Sistina, you follow the Path of Marian Apparitions, along which you’ll pass pillars dedicated to Marian apparitions around the world, until you reach the beautiful Sanctuary of Marsaglia.
After a short break, you begin the climb leading to the Salvin Mountain Hut, where lunch is available by prior booking.
In the afternoon, the walk continues along a forest track towards Colle della Forchetta, from where you can enjoy a stunning view over the Ala and Grande di Lanzo valleys, with the Sanctuary of Santa Cristina directly opposite. From here, the loop closes as you return to the starting point.
