Susa, the ancient gateway to the Alps, offers the chance to explore workshops and shops specializing in traditional mountain sweets, revealing a lesser-known but deeply rooted aspect of the city.

Masters of taste, fine pastry chefs, and historic bakeries will share the secrets of their traditional sweets, unique to this ancient Roman city. Alongside impressive monuments and the stories of skilled confectioners, we will enjoy tastings of some of the oldest local delicacies, including the famous focaccia, the "Marchesa’s sweet," and ancient grain flours. These delights will be perfectly paired with ice wine, a precious nectar born from the freezing vineyards of the mountains.
