Located throughout the streets of Turin's Campidoglio district, the Urban Art Museum (MAU) is an open-air museum featuring more than 200 artworks displayed on the façades of residential buildings, private shops, and public spaces.

These works have been created by acclaimed contemporary artists, transforming the neighbourhood into a unique artistic landscape.

Developed from 1853 onwards, the Campidoglio district has preserved its original character to this day, with its narrow streets and low-rise houses.

As you wander through its charming lanes, you almost feel as though you have stepped back in time.

Yet everywhere there are reminders of the present: paintings on blind windows, walls, benches, and shop shutters—works of art waiting to be discovered around every corner.

The striking combination of contemporary art and the district's historic architecture creates an extraordinary open-air gallery, offering visitors a truly surprising and inspiring experience.

Meeting point and end of the tour: Sant'Alfonso Church, Via Netro 3, Turin
