In the restaurant you can enjoy traditional Piedmontese cuisine and typical recipes from the Susa Valley, plus we give space in our menus to archeogastronomy with recipes from the 16th century Our raw materials come strictly from local and selected suppliers who guarantee the authenticity of the products. Our recipes use free-range chickens, Piedmontese fassone meat prevenient from agrimacelleria , mountain pasture cheeses and cured meats typical of Piedmont and beyond.. Please note that our cuisine is freshly prepared, so sometimes there is a risk that the waiting time between courses may be a little longer, but at the same time they guarantee you, the consumer, a greater confirmation of quality.
