- Thursday 1, afternoon: Calendimaggio, presentation of historical figures and laying of the maypole
- Saturday 3, from 7 p.m.: open inn and Occitan dances
- Sunday 4, afternoon/evening: Canavese wine tasting
- Friday 9, 8 pm: Medieval Dinner
- Saturday 10: everyone... and only in costume for an evening of yesteryear
- Sunday 11, from morning to evening: Ides of May, Medieval Festival, medieval cooking competition, theatre show
