The Cherry and Black Cherry Trail, a cycling and walking route just over 10 kilometers long, doesn't require much physical effort due to its elevation, and is mostly on dirt roads. It's best explored between late March and early April to enjoy the breathtaking spectacle of the cherry blossoms, and between late May and June, when the streets around Pecetto host local producers' stalls selling the famous cherries, graffioni, duroni, and black cherries. But beware: the best time to enjoy these fruits ends on San Giovanni, June 24th, which marks the official end of the season. After that, there's a risk of finding Giöanin in the cherries, a popular term for the parasitic worm that makes the pulp soft and rotten.

The Red Fruit Trail, on the other hand, begins in the charming hamlet of Valle San Pietro in Pecetto Torinese, a natural balcony overlooking the magnificent views of the Oltre Collina Torinese area. From the first few meters, you're surrounded by the extensive cherry orchards that characterize this area: don't miss the opportunity to ride this route during the spring blossoms, when the fields turn white, creating an unforgettable natural spectacle. You continue through the orchards until you reach a panoramic descent that, from the hill, offers breathtaking views of the plain below. A thrilling stretch of single track immersed in the woods adds a touch of adventure before reaching a beautiful dirt road that gently leads to the hamlet of Madonna della Scala.
