Green Pea is an innovative and sustainable building in every detail, one that breathes and allows others to breathe: the building’s shell is formed by a steel framework and wooden sun-shading slats, elements that create a grid into which vegetation is integrated.
In keeping with the philosophy of a second life, the timber for the external cladding comes from two sustainably managed forests in the Val di Fiemme and the Belluno area, which were devastated by Storm Vaia, whilst the internal flooring has been crafted from reclaimed timber from the Cuneo valleys. Furthermore, the building is powered by geothermal wells, photovoltaic panels and solar panels.
Green Pea is a place where dining, experience and innovation come together: it is the ideal spot to foster meetings, collaborations and projects, to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, and to enjoy the natural beauty of the Alps. On the third floor of Green Pea, you’ll find Bar Bello: a spacious place to work away from home, or simply to read a book, have a coffee or grab a bite to eat.
The Place is the natural setting for making connections: a space where you can organise bespoke events tailored to your needs. On the 4th floor of Green Pea, you’ll find Otium Rooftop, which awaits you with its swimming pool—open from spring to early autumn—a symbol of the Rooftop and of Otium itself, with its cantilevered view of the Alps. You’ll also find a restaurant and cocktail bar with a menu that reflects the seasons and expertly crafted drinks in a charming setting.
