SANTOMMASO 10 is much more than the name of the historic restaurant of the Lavazza Group, and it is much more than a civic address. It is the place where it all began, where Luigi Lavazza, about 128 years ago in 1895, opened his grocery store, specialized in the sale of coffee and where he experimented with the creation of what will be the first blends of history. The historic restaurant reopens with a new layout, a tribute to the City of Turin and the world of Lavazza. At the helm there is a young Chef, Gabriele Eusebi, who will lead guests through Italy, to rediscover the genuine flavors of tradition, in a contemporary key.
