The initiative is organised by the Strada Reale dei Vini Torinesi (Royal Road of Turin Wines) in collaboration with the Enoteca Regionale dei Vini della Provincia di Torino (Regional Wine Cellar of the Province of Turin), with the involvement of the municipalities of Pinerolo, Susa, Carema and Chieri and the FAI (Castello di Masino).
The route covers the entire territory of the Strada Reale, divided into different geographical areas, with the aim of designing a route that highlights a coherent and shared mapping of the wine, cultural and landscape heritage, promoting a unified and informed narrative of the area.
The appointment is in PINEROLO on 11 February.
The calendar includes five half-day events, followed by an aperitif with wines and local products selected by the Enoteca Regionale.
Each meeting combines:
• field experiences with guided tours and walks to discover the area
• in-depth sessions with meetings dedicated to the narrative of the area, reading the landscape, local history and oenology, which will make use of the Map of the Royal Road of Turin Wines, given to each participant as an operational tool for orientation and work, useful for reading the area, connecting producers, places and experiences
• tastings of local food and wine products, curated by the Regional Wine Cellar of the Province of Turin
