Andrea Motis Duo feat. Josep Traver

The celebrated spanish trumpeter and singer Andrea Motis is known for her soulful performances and multilingual repertoire. She has been playing with guitarist Josep Traver since the beginning of her career when she was 13 years old, and she describes their musical bond as extraordinarily deep.

"The magic that exists between the two of us is very difficult to reproduce with other people because he's the guitarist I've played with the most, and for years we listened to each other almost every day," explains the artist. 

The duo's repertoire has a distinctly jazz epicenter, but because they are primarily drawn to the song form, they love to span genres, from country and blues to singer-songwriter music and Brazilian sounds.
