A food and wine tour featuring the aromas and flavours of autumn, with traditional dishes, wines from leading local producers and a visit to the inner courtyard of Castel Rosso.

• Vigna del Belvedere: breadsticks wrapped in lard and omelette roll stuffed with ham and cheese, a glass of Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG ‘kin’ 2020 - Tappero Merlo
• Vigna Runcal: peppers in bagna cauda, fresh tomino cheese and smoked herring on a bed of potatoes, a glass of Canavese bianco DOC from the Erbaluce grape variety ‘Aura’ - Fratelli Marco
• Società Operaia: polenta and carbonada, a glass of ‘Desgebà’ red wine - Garage dell'uva
• Tinaggio di Villa Peona: sweet autumn delights and roasted chestnuts, a glass of Moscato, coffee and mulled wine
