One of the stages of the 2025 Csen and Fidasc National Disc Dog Championship is coming to Ivrea, allowing all practitioners of this dog sport to compete in a national competition. The event aims to promote the practice of this discipline and involve those who are not yet familiar with it or do not practise it, giving players from other regions the opportunity to compete with athletes from Piedmont or neighbouring regions.
Another objective of the initiative is to showcase one of the many ways to build a relationship with your dog. It demonstrates how commitment and dedication to education, training and the practice of a dog discipline can have positive effects and benefits for the animal, the person, the pair and the public image of the dog.
Programme:
In the morning, starting at 8.30 a.m., registration and collection of welcome packs. This will be followed by a players' meeting, a collective moment in which the judges and organisers greet and thank the participants and provide information on the details of the day (timetables, breaks, judges, various information), followed by the first round, during which all participants will perform their tests in the order established by the organisers.
Afternoon: after the lunch break, the second round, during which the players will again perform their test (the same as in the morning), followed by the scoring and awards ceremony.
