Among the final events of the Torino Jazz Festival 2025, a special event, a precious opportunity to experience jazz up close in a cosy and informal setting.
Five experienced and talented musicians will perform on stage:
- Claudio Bonadè on alto sax - saxophonist and multi-instrumentalist active since the 1970s, he has collaborated with jazz legends such as Chet Baker and Dizzy Gillespie, taking part in numerous international festivals.
- Alfredo Ponissi on tenor sax and flute - saxophonist and composer from Turin, known for his original projects and tributes to jazz greats such as Sonny Rollins and Roland Kirk.
- Gabriele Ferian on guitar - academically trained jazz guitarist, he has performed on national and international stages and collaborated with artists such as Malika Ayane and Willie Peyote.
- Isabella Rizzo on double bass - double bass player from Turin, a former protagonist of the Italian Jazz Days in New York and active in various jazz formations.
- Giorgio Diaferia on drums - drummer and cultural promoter, he has been animating Turin's jazz scene for years, combining musical passion and commitment to popularisation.
The Italian group ComboJazz, in its 2.0 version, presents a repertoire that weaves together original pieces and rearrangements of famous international jazz compositions.
