Two days with porcini mushrooms and so much more: the Palafeste in Coazze is transformed into the kingdom of mushrooms, on Saturday from 8pm for dinner and Sunday from 1pm for lunch (reservations required), with a rich menu based on mushrooms from Val Sangone - bruschetta with turgia salami, fondue and porcini mushrooms, tagliolini with porcini mushrooms and porcini risotto, fried porcini mushrooms, dessert, water and a glass of wine - and the option of fried mushrooms to take away. On Saturday evening, there will also be dancing with the Tony D'Aloia and Teresa Zeuli orchestra.
Throughout the event, expert mycologists from the area will be on hand to provide information on these precious boletus mushrooms: they will be able to certify the mushrooms and illustrate interesting facts about their world, habitat and characteristics. Fresh, certified porcini mushrooms will also be on sale inside the Palafeste thanks to our boulajour.
