La Fete du Gofre

18th edition of the traditional Festa dei Gofri. Every
year a surprise, every year a confirmation! Sweet or savoury, ‘gofri’ are a highly appreciated culinary treasure
of the Val di Susa, and Sauze d'Oulx pays homage to them with a big festival.
