Acceptance of Terms and Conditions of Use
By completing the registration process and clicking the "REGISTER" button, you (the user) declare that you have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Service described below. Description of the Service
The Company provides the service of purchasing the “ARMONIA” carnet through the digital platform as follows:
- via the dedicated website www.armoniatorino.it the user accesses shop.turismotorino.org and buys “Armonia”;
- after registration and payment, the user can access their reserved area to book desired concerts directly on the platform, without the option to choose seating or sector.
Security
The Company guarantees the security of the IT system used for the performance of the service, including transmission, reception, storage, and sharing of all related documentation.
Use of the Service
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree not to use the Service for fraudulent, illegal, offensive, or abusive purposes, or in any way that could harm the Company, its activities, reputation, employees, other users, devices, or any third party. The Company may suspend or terminate the Service in case of misuse.
