The bench has been placed on the site of the former children’s ski slope at Alpe Colomnino, a place that evokes the history of tourism and skiing on this mountain in the Giavenese area.
From the Big Bench, the view takes in the Val Sangone and its mountains. Directly opposite, Punta dell’Aquila stands out, whilst all around, woods, pastures and ancient mountain pastures alternate. It is an ideal spot to stop, take in the landscape and rediscover the beauty of the Giavenese mountains. From here, you can see the Valsangone with its woods and mountain pastures stretching all the way to Punta dell’Aquila.
