A beautiful panoramic hike at high altitude on the Piedmont side of the Gran Paradiso National Park. The high Alpine summer is rapidly approaching, but above 2,000 meters, nature is still teeming with life and splendid spring blooms. For this hike we'll take advantage of one of the most beautiful Royal mule tracks on this side of mountain: the one that leads from the Losere Lakes at 2,462 meters above sea level in the upper Orco Valley to the picturesque Colle della Terra at 2,911 meters above sea level. The route is partly on a mule track and partly on a steep trail, with short, somewhat rocky and steep sections. The view from the hill is amazing!
