“But what if, at the end of it all, we could turn back the clock...? What if we could become children again? Before the great darkness, just one more go, one more chance, one last grazed knee, one last cherry…”.

This work stems from a desire to explore the profound similarities linking childhood and old age, two fundamental stages in every human being’s life: fifty minutes of suspended time, punctuated by shared, everyday actions.

We have imagined a non-place, a space reminiscent of a nursery, a care home, or indeed any place of care: a journey through clichés, into the deepest recesses of the human being, a return to the roots of our existence, an attempt to recount the fragility and enchantment of these two moments in life.
