La Gusteria Srl was founded as a pasta factory and delicatessen, backed by over 30 years of experience in traditional cuisine.

In 2010, the company expanded its business with the opening of an adjoining restaurant, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy the typical dishes of the Canavese food and wine tradition, accompanied by a selection of local wines, with the aim of promoting the Canavese area and its local excellences.

The cuisine follows the rhythm of the seasons, offering specialties prepared with great attention to the quality of raw ingredients and the enhancement of local products.

The restaurant has seating for approximately one hundred guests, divided among three air-conditioned dining rooms, recently renovated to highlight the charm of the early twentieth-century building.

The location is ideal for birthdays, tourist groups, and convivial occasions, while also being perfect for an intimate dinner in a welcoming and refined atmosphere.


The cook

Luca Di Sarno began his journey in 1994 with a small fresh pasta shop and delicatessen, driven by a passion for handmade pasta and authentic local flavors.

In 2010, he opened the restaurant with the aim of bringing all his artisanal experience into the kitchen, offering dishes made with fresh pasta and zero-kilometre ingredients sourced directly from the family pasta workshop.

Since 2017, La Gusteria has also welcomed guests as a B&B, creating a warm and authentic experience that combines cuisine, hospitality, and tradition
