The star of the SAGRA DEL POM MATAN is the ‘Pom Matan’ apple, a variety not widely grown in Piedmont, which is used to make delicious agnolotti stuffed with apples and sausage, known as ‘Agnulot 'd Pom Matan’, and the famous ‘Friceau’ (apple fritters).

Sunday: market fair, POM MATAN WALK, amateur ‘APPLE PIE’ competition, saddle christening, food pavilion, dance evening.
