The wines featured during the evening are Bianco del Fuoco, Beneficio di Michele and Nebbie Autunnali - three distinctive labels, three ways of interpreting the territory with character and consistency - paired with selected cold cuts and cheeses, bread fritters, anchovies with green sauce, Russian salad, omelettes, bread and flavoured butter, and ice cream from the Mercato del Corso: clear, recognisable Piedmontese flavours that speak the same language as the wines.
