The Notte Rossa Barbera is an event that offers a pop and modern take on the Piedmontese piola and the tradition of the merenda sinoira
On the evening of 20 February 2026, participating piolas will offer a special “Notte Rossa Barbera Menu” at a special price of €25, created especially for the evening, featuring the most significant dishes and wines of Savoyard gastronomy. To fully recreate the atmosphere of conviviality and sharing characteristic of the “Piedmontese trattoria”, the event will be accompanied by live music and entertainment: each venue will host concerts by emerging artists.
