As part of Future Week, Materia Prima and Archivissima present a two-person exhibition by Maria Jesus Requena and Mario Marucci: *What Is Not There*.
What appears – or what we are able to perceive – is not always what matters or what fully defines reality. There are paintings that have never been exhibited, archives that remain unexplored. The reasons for their absence are manifold: things are missing because they have not been preserved, because they have been removed or denied, because no one has communicated, reconstructed or reinvented them, or simply because they do not yet exist.
Thanks to the collaboration with the LISten Aps Association, the exhibition will also be accessible to deaf people.
