Establo

Halfway between Chieri and Pecetto, in the heart of the Turin hills, opens a wonderful valley where, in the 1700s, stood a convent of Capuchin friars. In the old stables with exposed bricks and tinaggio in 1970 the Establo restaurant was born. If in summer one of the special features is the garden overlooking the hillside in winter it is the fireplace and candles that create the ideal atmosphere for an intimate evening a little out of time. The upstairs location hosts private events.
