SARDI'S BAR & RESTAURANT is located on the ground floor of the Erbaluce Hotel and is divided into three spaces, the first in the main restaurant hall that can seat 100 covers, where typical menus of traditional Piedmontese cuisine are served. in an adjoining room from Thursday to Sunday with 60 seats inside and 200 outside in the outdoor dehor is the Pizzeria; and outside in the dehor is Sardi's Grill which is open in the outdorr season with a barbeque/grill where pieces of meat chosen by the customer from our Piedmontese meat cart are cooked on sight.
