Terms of Use
Thank you for choosing our online shop service for purchasing the “ARMONIA” carnet. The Service is provided by TURISMO TORINO E PROVINCIA S.C.R.L., located at VIA MARIA VITTORIA 19, TORINO (TO) (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) through technological systems provided by Pensativa s.a.s., acting as Data Processor.


By accessing the platform shop.turismotorino.org, the user accepts and agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use. Please read carefully.

 

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions of Use
By completing the registration process and clicking the "REGISTER" button, you (the user) declare that you have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Service described below. If you do not accept these conditions, you are not authorized to access the Service. Completing registration and clicking "REGISTER" acknowledges that this contract is valid as any signed agreement.

 

Description of the Service
The Company provides the service of purchasing the “ARMONIA” carnet through the digital platform as follows:

  • via the dedicated website www.armoniatorino.it the user accesses shop.turismotorino.org and buys “Armonia”;
  • after registration and payment, the user can access their reserved area to book desired concerts directly on the platform, without the option to choose seating or sector.

 

Security
The Company guarantees the security of the IT system used for the performance of the service, including transmission, reception, storage, and sharing of all related documentation.

 

Use of the Service
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree not to use the Service for fraudulent, illegal, offensive, or abusive purposes, or in any way that could harm the Company, its activities, reputation, employees, other users, devices, or any third party. The Company may suspend or terminate the Service in case of misuse.

 

Monitoring the Service
The Company has the right to monitor the Service and disclose information regarding its use for legitimate reasons, including compliance with laws, optimizing service management, and protecting itself and its customers. The Company may cooperate with legal authorities in investigations.

 

Service Modifications
The Company reserves the right to modify or suspend, temporarily or permanently, any part of the Service, including fees, with or without notice. The Company is not liable for any damages due to such changes.

 

Termination
Without notice, the Company may terminate these Terms and suspend Service access at its sole discretion, including for misuse or violation of Terms.

Minors
It is possible to purchase an “ARMONIA” carnet for a minor; the purchase must be made by the person legally responsible for the minor.

General Information

Data Controllers
The Data Controllers are Turismo Torino E Provincia S.C.R.L., based in via Maria Vittoria 19, Torino (TO) (hereafter “the Company”) and the Entities participating in the “ARMONIA” project, members of Associazione Sistema Musica with agreements with the Company.

 

What information is collected
The Company collects personal identification information and other data related to the Service, such as:

  • personal data like name, email, phone number provided during registration, purchase, and booking on www.armoniatorino.it, used to provide the Service;
  • transaction data including payment details and history.

Data will be shared with Entities issuing tickets for the chosen shows, who act as independent Data Controllers.

 

How data is collected
Data is collected by:

  • information provided by users during registration, purchase, or interaction;
  • data collected automatically during Service use;
  • data obtained from third parties.

Data is processed in digital and paper formats.

 

How data is used
Data may be used to:

  • execute orders and manage user accounts;
  • improve user experience and service quality;
  • respond to user inquiries;
  • communicate service updates;
  • ensure network security;
  • investigate or prevent illegal activities or breaches;
  • provide requested services and support.

The Company may share data with credit agencies to prevent fraud.
