The Salon is conceived as a space for meeting, comparison and growth, where the best producers, bartenders, chefs, experts and enthusiasts can connect, exchange ideas and network through - tastings, samplings of the best Vermouths on the national and international scene - talks and masterclasses, in-depth sessions with experts in the sector to learn about the history, food pairings and secrets of blending
