From cultivation to its nutritional properties, an invitation to the recovery of ancient varieties and the revival of cultivation, as well as the rediscovery of all the treasures offered by our land: from chestnut cultivation to ancient apple varieties and mountain wine cultivars. Experts with extensive experience in the field will be present.
- April 6, from 9 a.m.: Spring Market Show with a market of local products, nurserymen and gardening, a space dedicated to the free exchange of seeds, food stands, pasta and beans and other delicacies; 3 p.m.: historical-cultural walk to the Menolzio hamlet, to discover traditions and ancient cultivation techniques.
