Three days dedicated to the porcini mushroom, a variety that is very common in our hilly and mountainous areas, with an intense and inimitable aroma, prepared in a variety of ways, from salads to soups. So, once again this year, the star of the show will be the porcini mushroom, skilfully prepared by professional chefs and served in a variety of culinary specialities: raw in salads, fried, stewed or sautéed – whichever way you prefer.
But it’s not just about mushrooms… there’s also a barbecue and local cheeses!
Alongside the food pavilion, there are dance evenings from Friday to Sunday night.
On Sunday, a market in the village streets and a walk to explore the local mountains offer the chance to get to know the area up close, whilst a concert in the square provides the opportunity to enjoy some excellent folk music.
On Thursday evening, the festival kicks off with a concert by the marching bands of Quassolo and Loranzè.
A preview of the 20th-anniversary celebrations will take place on Sunday 13th with a spectacular free dance evening.
