Antonio Carena. Love The Next Drawing

The MAU - Museum of Urban Art in Torino presents the exhibition Antonio Carena. Love The Next Drawing, that unfolds across two venues - the MAU Gallery and Spazio Garino: 20 of the artist’s drawings, accomplished works that reveal the freshness and irony of Carena’s hand, alongside about fifteen sketches and project studies, documenting the genesis of works later carried out and offering a privileged insight into the artist’s workshop.

The exhibition portrays a twofold Carena: lyrical and immediate in his drawings/works, and methodical and visionary in his projects, confirming that drawing was never a marginal act for him, but the very heart of the creative process.
