Discovering Lanzo Torinese. The town of the picturesque Devil’s Bridge, dating back to 1378, welcomes visitors with an immersive and exciting tour that begins with a visit to the Museum of Textiles and Folk Art of Lanzo (Lanzo Embroidery), featuring an antique loom from the late 19th century, and concludes with a lavish tasting of wines, cheeses, and locally sourced fruit compotes produced within the GAL Valli di Lanzo Ceronda Casternone region.
The tasting will take place at the retail location of the La Capra e la Panca farm in Lanzo Torinese, at Corso Matteotti 8 (with headquarters and production facility in Monte Basso, Lanzo), a “Maestro del Gusto” (Master of Taste), and will feature the farm of Federica Casetti—Erbe Allegre (Corio, San Rocco hamlet)—and the Almese-based wine producer Agriforest, owned by Giuliano Bosio.
Tasting is included in the tour at no additional cost.
The return to Turin is scheduled for 3.30 pm.
The visits are organised with the support of the Camera di commercio di Torino, in collaboration with CNA Torino and coordinated by Turismo Torino e Provincia.
