Two days to discover artistic and artisanal Italian ceramics, between ancient traditions and new sensibilities.
Buongiorno ceramica is a project conceived and organised by the AICC - Associazione Italiana Città della Ceramica (Italian Association of Ceramic Cities) since 2018: small historic centres, sites of artistic and scenic value, museums, ateliers and laboratories, workshops, kilns, artists and artisans, all stitched together by a tale of artisan Italy and enjoyed slowly.
It is to rediscover the pleasure of a very special out-of-town excursion: to enter a workshop, to meet the person who models, bakes and glazes, to share his experience, to go shopping again, to bring the most industrious Italy back to life.
Castellamonte will welcome its visitors with a calendar full of ceramic-themed events, including the 4th edition of the Ceramiche Sonore exhibition-competition, an international terracotta whistle competition.
