The Joint Sections of the State Archives are hosting an afternoon of activities organised in collaboration with the Departments of Humanities and Philosophy and of Educational Sciences at the University of Turin.
The event, which takes place in the Archive’s Restoration Workshop, is designed for girls and boys aged between 10 and 13, together with their families: participants will explore the State Archives to discover the charm of manuscripts and documents.
Whilst the children take part in a paper-making workshop, their family members and accompanying adults will learn some interesting facts about the documentary heritage and the ‘Spanish’ period of the Duchy of Savoy.
It will be a unique opportunity to explore the Archives and learn about the world of research!
A maximum of 3 children per household may be registered; for organisational and safety reasons, accompanying adults (a maximum of 2 per household) must remain on the premises for the entire duration of the activity.
