Discover the richness of our territories and the Residenze Reali Sabaude, a World Heritage Site, through three evocative walking itineraries: an experience to be enjoyed in good company, along the legendary Roads of the Kings.

The Royal Walks scheduled for 2025 are:

ITINERARY 1 - Agliè Castle (Sunday 18 May 2025, or in case of bad weather 25/05): Royal Walk, a circular route of approximately 10 and 20 km

The picturesque park and majestic castle of Agliè provide a fairytale setting for the start and finish of an unforgettable route that winds through the unspoilt nature of the surrounding area. In collaboration with Residenze Reali Sabaude – Direzione regionale Musei Piemonte, Comune di Agliè, Pro Loco di Agliè, Morena Ovest – In movimento per Natura and the municipalities and organisations involved in the initiative.

ITINERARY 2 - Govone Castle (Sunday 21 September 2025, or in case of bad weather 28/09): Royal Walk, a circular route of approximately 10 and 20 km

The enchanting residence of Govone, rich in historical references to the other Savoy residences and overlooking the unique landscape of the Langhe, is the centrepiece of a magnificent, unmissable itinerary through vineyards, colours and enchanting views. In collaboration with the Municipality of Govone, the Govone Residenza Sabauda Association and the municipalities and organisations involved in the initiative

ITINERARY 3 - Moncalieri Castle (Sunday 19 October 2025, or in case of bad weather 26/10): Royal Walk, a circular route of approximately 10 and 20 km

Imposing in its shape and size, Moncalieri Castle stands out on the Turin hillside as the guardian of memorable events and episodes: the Royal Walk in its surroundings reveals curiosities and surprising and unexpected corners of the landscape. In collaboration with the Royal Residences of the House of Savoy - Piedmont Regional Museums Directorate, the City of Moncalieri and the municipalities and organisations involved in the initiative.
