Who is crazier than a circus performer? This provocative question is the starting point for a collective creation exploring the boundaries between madness and normality, risk and safety, fears and desires.
The protagonists are the second-year students of FLIC Circus School, directed by Erika Bettin, an artist, director and educator who guides these young circus performers through a process of artistic research and experimentation.
Combining circus techniques, dance and voice, the performance challenges conventions and invites audiences to look at what is considered madness from a different perspective. The body becomes a means of expression to explore vulnerability, courage and the desire to overcome personal limits, in a continuous dialogue between the individual and the collective.
