The Second Half of Caleidoscopio continues with The Collective Intent, the seventh Circus in Pills of the season, with an intensive workshop and direction by François Juliot and featuring 21 students of 12 nationalities enrolled in the Anno Tecnico (Technical Year), a course that provides an in-depth study of the chosen circus discipline, enriched by lessons in physical training, acrobatics, dance and acting.
The French director describes the guidelines for this new creation as follows: 'We set out to discover the art of holding hands, building a circle, following each other, facing each other, embracing each other and changing roles, partners and points of view. We will tread, twirl and stamp our feet. We will inhabit the moment and the place furtively and like a long-standing neighbour. We will reach out, explore, care, contribute and ask ourselves: what can the collective teach me?'.
