Convivium. Dal ferro al cibo

On Tuesday 15 September at 1.00 pm, as part of Terra Madre Salone del Gusto, the exhibition “Convivium. From Iron to Food” will open in the atrium of Palazzo Lascaris

The exhibition, comprising 20 panels (one per region), showcases Slow Food Presidia and the region’s culinary and wine specialities, linking them to traditional farming techniques and, in particular, to forged iron hoes.

The exhibition will run from 24 to 27 September, with free admission.
