The exhibition traces Enrico David's research, which ranges from painting, textile works, drawing, sculpture and large environmental installations in an exploration of the psychological and inner condition of contemporary human beings.
The exhibition oscillates between figuration and abstraction to focus on the body as a starting point for a reflection on the human figure as a metaphor for transformation. Using an exhibition language that recalls theatrical scenography and displays for design objects, the exhibition retraces the artist's creative trajectory, enriched by new productions.
The works on display include large-scale installations, drawings, a selection of new productions including large paintings, tapestries and embroideries on canvas, and the series of theatrical scenes created from 2005 to the present.
