10:00 a.m.: farmer's breakfast;
11:00 a.m.: inauguration of the Fair at Podere San Carlo, with the participation of the Nichelino masks Madama Farina and Monsù Panatè and the ‘Giacomo Puccini’ band of Nichelino;
12:00 p.m.: Stupinigi a Tavola, agricultural country food area on Viale Torino.
The Stupinigi è... association offers a menu based on genuine products from the farms of the Royal District of Stupinigi, with fresh pasta made with flour from the Stupinigi supply chain; at Podere Sant'Umberto: meatballs baked in foil, hamburgers and raw meat; at the Sabaudia Restaurant: agnolotti and zabaione specialities; at the Panacea Social Farm: pizza and focaccia made with Stupinigi flour, Biova beer and ice cream made with milk from the Stupinigi Natural Park; at the Caffè Villa Reale: refreshments with local horticultural products and special house coffee.
3pm: country dancing;
4pm: I Cavalli dei Re (The Horses of Kings), an exhibition of haute école equestrianism by the Italian Equestrian Academy with its magnificent Iberian horses.
There will also be a market selling typical and commercial products, carriage rides and discounted admission for participants to the Palazzina di Caccia; pony and donkey rides, entertainment for children, free educational workshops: cheese making, bread making, beekeeping, “Cibo a Regola d'Arte” (for children).
