To mark Cybersecurity Month, the Museo del Risparmio is hosting the event ‘Fininfluencers, deepfakes and new financial risks’, a session designed to provide an in-depth overview of the impact of AI on the financial fraud sector.
The evolution of Artificial Intelligence is redefining the digital security landscape. Whilst it offers extraordinary tools for crime prevention, it also provides cybercriminals with advanced technologies to orchestrate increasingly sophisticated, credible and personalised financial scams: from audio and video deepfakes to targeted phishing.
With input from industry experts, we will analyse how these new digital threats operate and share the best operational and regulatory strategies to protect citizens, businesses and institutions.
