Baldissero Torinese is preparing to welcome fans of good food at Fricassé d'Baudisé, an event that celebrates the culinary tradition of Piedmont with taste, passion and lots of conviviality.
Friday 13, from 6:30 p.m.: fish fry accompanied by selected beers and wines, with a djset by MdA.
Saturday 14, from 6:30 p.m.: traditional Piedmontese fritto misto, rock concert by the groups Les Anciens Masques and Rock Blend.
Sunday 15, from 10 a.m.: widespread market, a unique opportunity to discover and purchase the area's gastronomic and artisanal excellence; from noon: traditional Piedmontese fritto misto. Special guest Davide D'Urso, comedian and content creator from Turin, for an afternoon of fun.
