A photographic exhibition dedicated to a comparison between two icons of their time: Frida Kahlo and Marilyn Monroe.
Apparently distant from each other, but sharing some similarities in life.
Both portrayed by the greatest photographers of the time, both had a desire for motherhood but due to health problems their wish was not fulfilled.
Lovers of powerful men and deeply in love, both died while still young and in the prime of their lives.
Strong and fragile at the same time, becoming icons and ideals of beauty (Marilyn), and politically committed women (Frida).
The exhibition aims to make us reflect on the different ways of being a woman in an era that still sees her discriminated against.
A narrative through about 80 photographs divided between Frida and Marilyn starting with images of them as children up to their last shots in life, in an alternation of public and private images.
