The Cosso Foundation presents the exhibition ‘Grazia Toderi. Teatro Terra’.
For Miradolo Castle, Grazia Toderi has devised an exhibition itinerary that weaves through the spaces of the historic residence, incorporating video projections, drawings, photographs, raw clay, glazed terracotta and light installations. These are different periods of her work that are rarely brought together in a single exhibition project.
The Castle and the Park are not merely the setting for the exhibition but become an integral part of the artwork and the visitor experience.
On the one hand, the Earth, understood as both matter and as the planet observed through the solitary gaze of satellites; on the other, the Theatre, from the Greek théatron, ‘a place from which one observes’, understood as a space for vision and representation.
Two paths that continually intertwine, giving shape to a single experience.
