Grugliasco is... Christmas! 40 days of events throughout the city: shows, music, dance, creative workshops, an artistic online Advent calendar, activities for families, elves, bagpipers and lots of festive moments.
Tradition takes centre stage with nativity scenes in shop windows, in the chapels of St Vito and Santissima Annunziata (which houses Agostino Crociani's mechanical nativity scene) and with the Nativity Scene of Peace at Parco Le Serre.
Among the special events, Saturday 20 December sees the arrival of the Chocoparade, a travelling show dedicated to chocolate in collaboration with Eurochocolate; Sunday 21 craft markets in Piazza Matteotti and Piazza 66 Martiri.
Christmas also involves the suburbs with Grugliasco is Christmas... in the suburbs and many initiatives hosted at La Nave, including Grugliasco is Christmas... Together (Pro Loco) and Grugliasco is Christmas... Live organised by the associations.
