Chieri as you’ve never seen it before!
Chieri’s historic centre is the perfect place for a guided walk. This ancient town, founded by the Celts and later occupied by the Romans under the name Càrreum Potentia, offers an atmosphere steeped in history and culture. Its ancient centre is characterised by cobbled streets and well-preserved medieval buildings, and is renowned for its rich religious heritage and the historic presence of a Jewish ghetto.
The tour allows you to explore numerous churches of considerable value and historic buildings in the pedestrianised historic centre, and continues with a visit to the StArt Gallery, dedicated to the history of the city, and to the evocative Chapel of the San Filippo Complex, a precious gem of art and spirituality.
At the end of the tour, enjoy a typical local pastry at one of the patisseries in the historic centre!
