A fascinating journey into the heart of the city, taking us through the history and stories of the female figures who have marked its past. This cultural-historical tour will introduce us to little-known stories and famous female figures who have left an indelible mark on the city, with a special focus on women who have played a prominent role in local culture, politics and traditions.
The tour will include a visit to the Museo della Cavalleria, where we will discover how women also influenced the world of chivalry and military traditions. A tale that weaves past and present, including historical curiosities and unique anecdotes.
At the end of the tour, a moment of sweetness and reflection will await us at Caffè Savoia, with a tasting of "mimosa cake" and coffee, accompanied by readings from the book “Gli occhi delle donne” by Enrica Bonansea. An opportunity to immerse oneself in women's point of view, seeing the city and history through their eyes.
Tastings will be kindly provided by the Made in Pinerolo Association, for an experience that celebrates local gastronomic traditions. A tour that not only enriches historical knowledge, but also the heart and the palate.
