The Colours of September festival returns - a concert season in the municipalities of the Serra del Canavese: a journey of musical growth designed to offer the audience an ever-changing mosaic of sounds and colours, opening up the region to new insights and collaborations whilst presenting a programme of the highest artistic quality.
The performances will be given by young, up-and-coming musicians from Italia and abroad, all selected on the basis of their backgrounds and participation in prestigious events such as the DINAMIKfest in Salzburg, the Paganini Guitar Festival in Parma, the Pinerolo Music Academy Foundation and the Imola International Academy Foundation.
• Friday 4 - Bollengo, Church of Sts Pietro e Paolo: Duo Prina-Santangelo, guitars. In collaboration with the Paganini Guitar Festival
• Sunday 6 - Chiaverano, Bertagnolio Theatre: Duo Andersson, Julija Andersson violin and Paulius Andersson piano. In collaboration with the Pinerolo Music Academy Foundation
• Friday 11 - Burolo, Villa Pasta: Luca Dondi, cello. In collaboration with the Imola International Academy Foundation “Incontri col Maestro”
• Sunday 20 - Albiano d’Ivrea, Parish Church of St Martino Vescovo: Kyan Quartet, Naomi Warburton and Sydney Mariano violin, Wanshu Qiu viola, Simon Guemy cello. In collaboration with DYNAMIKfest Salzburg
